2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Costs for shipping from Create-a-Doll to customer will be made clear at the time of purchase and added into calculation for total payment required.
- Wholesale/Trade customers please contact directly. A new account form and indemnity form to be completed for an account. Trade prices + GST.
3. Products and Availability
- We do our best to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate.
- Sometimes products may be out of stock or unavailable. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.
4. Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via Aus Post. Express available at extra cost.
5. Refunds and Returns
- We follow Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
